Hi, my name is Chloe! I specialize in Asian hair, dark hair, balayage and color corrections. I also offer k-tip and tape-in hair extensions! Please check out my work on Instagram or Facebook @chloecaliastudio Appointment based only, no walk-ins P O L I C I E S DEPOSITS: For every color appointment I require a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit to secure your spot with me. The deposit goes towards your service and will be subtracted from your total. All of my appointments are first come first service basis, I will not book your appointment until a deposit has been made and confirmed. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: CASH is PREFERRED, but I do accept card transactions, Zelle and Apple Pay. NEW CLIENTS: (applies to color appointments only) Prior to your booked appointment, please provide me information of your hair density & length, hair history from the last 4 years to the most recent hair appointment you’ve had. And lastly, send me photos of your hair currently and what you’re hoping to achieve — that will help me understand what can be done to your hair as well as working towards your hair goals! RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please kindly notify me 48 hours in advance and no new deposit will be enforced. I will grant your existing deposit and transfer it to a rescheduled appointment if notified immediately. If you wish to reschedule but missed the 48 hour grace period, a new deposit of $75 will be required and you will have to pay the 20% cancellation fee. TARDINESS: Don’t be late! I offer a 15 minute grace period for tardiness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a "no show". Acknowledge that no shows will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the service booked. Please be considerate of my time as I typically have a full day. Leave 5-10 minutes early if you live farther away and/or during winter seasons. More than 3 no call no shows will not be accepted and granted any future appointments. *Please be mindful as my studio is small and has limited seating. If you wish to bring a guest, I ask you to consult with me prior your appointment.*
